Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

VigortriX is shipped primarily to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available in select countries; rates and delivery times vary by destination. For international order inquiries, please contact our support team directly.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United States.

• Order placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM EST: Typically processed and shipped the same business day
• Order placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends: Processed on the next business day
• Holidays: Orders are processed the next business day

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

International Shipping

Where available, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

4. Delivery Timeframes

USA Delivery

• Standard Shipping (Free on 3+ bottles): 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–3 business days

International Delivery

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to carrier conditions.

5. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

• The carrier name (typically USPS or UPS for US orders)
• Your tracking number
• A link to track your shipment in real time

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact our support team as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before the package ships.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as undelivered after the expected timeframe, contact us. We will:

• Investigate the carrier's tracking
• File a claim with the shipping carrier where applicable
• Arrange a replacement or refund based on the resolution

Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but is missing (e.g., porch theft), please:

• Check with neighbors and household members
• Contact your local post office or carrier
• File a police report if appropriate
• Notify us so we can help where possible

Carrier confirmation of delivery is generally treated as proof of delivery, but we will work with you to find an acceptable resolution.

8. Customs and Import Duties (International)

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties and import taxes
• Any clearance fees imposed by the destination country
• Compliance with local laws governing dietary supplement imports

VigortriX cannot be responsible for items refused, held, or destroyed by customs authorities.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can typically be changed or cancelled before they are processed. Once an order is shipped, it follows our standard Refund Policy.

10. Discreet Packaging

All VigortriX orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging — no product names or descriptive labels are visible on the outside. This ensures your privacy whether you receive the package at home or work.
